OEM Testing and Benchmark Leader

Cerinte:

For our client, a producer of electronics and kitchen appliances, we are looking for OEM Testing Benchmark leader, for the plant from Satu Mare.

- University degree in Mechanics or Electronics
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Project and resources planning
- Team oriented and good communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Experience in testing
- English - conversational level

Responsabilitati:

- Define relevant specifications and ensure testing on: thermal and electrical safety, energy consumption, noise, cooking performance, environmental impact, product reliability/lifetime etc
- Ensure benchmarking tests of competitors products on: Technical / functional level and Cost level
- Ensure alignment on test methodologies with other Labs in PD Cooking
- Ensure proper maintenance of testing equipment according to ISO9000
- Ensure compliance with work environment and safety regulations
- Budget and personnel responsibility for the assigned team
- Responsible for team members and competences development
