IT Recruiter - located in Cluj-Napoca

We are in search of high energy, dynamic, and driven new colleague, who possess an ownership mentality with sound judgment and serious attention to details to join our recruiting team.

Responsibilities include:

- Screening cvs , arranging interviews and interviewing prospective candidates;
- Confirming and following up with candidates (relationship building);
- Extending offers of employment;
- Running background checks;
- Candidates data base updating;
- Reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree;
- A general understanding of IT principles;
- Aptitude to assimilate new concepts in a rapidly changing IT environment and a desire to stay abreast of cutting-edge developments, trends and innovations in IT technology;
- A strong computer literacy specifically with MS Office, Internet Explorer;
- Ability to prioritize, plan and organize;
- Analytical skills, creative, flexible, accurate, result-driven;
- English – written and spoken.
